JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 14-05-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners having brought this case under the heading 'to be mentioned' points out that in the first paragraph of the order there is a typographical error as with regard one of the offences alleged against the petitioners, inasmuch as Section 76/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been typed in place of Section 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code. This Court would find that the aforesaid typographical error is wholly inadvertent, inasmuch as the petitioners face allegation for offence under sections 341, 323, 324 and 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and thus, the order of this Court dated 16.4.2015 to the extent indicated above shall be deemed to have been modified in view of the present order.
