For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Kapil Deo Singh For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Satyadev Prasad Singh Yadav, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-05-2017 The petitioner claims to be the senior most teacher of Parbhunath Jamadar, Added High School Pokhrera at Saran. He has a grievance that despite being the senior most teacher, junior teacher, Opposite party No.4 has been made Headmistress of the said School. Some altercation and quarrel had taken place leading to registration of First Information Report by the petitioner under Sections 3412,323,420,467,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The persons made accused in the First Information Report have been granted anticipatory bail by the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Chapra in A.B.P. No. 1256 of 2015. The petitioner seeks to cancel the anticipatory bail so granted to the said opposite parties.
I have perused the materials on record. No case for cancellation of bail is made out.
There is vague allegation that the Opposite parties are threatening the petitioner and the witnesses. Apparently, there is some dispute between the parties of civil nature relating to appointment of Incharge Headmaster of the School. No case for cancellation of bail is made out. This application is, thus, dismissed as without merit. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) ArunKumar/- U
