JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is a lady and seeks anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The victim, namely, Nisha Kumari, returned on the next date of the occurrence and she gave her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure on 31.01.2014, which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-2 to this application.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, referring to the First Information Report as well as the statement of the victim under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has submitted that there is no allegation against

In view of the submission as above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna, in connection with Mokama P.S.
