Petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2016 in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 190 of 2015 registered under Sections 498-A, 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal.

Accusation is of committing murder of the deceased for non fulfillment of dowry demand.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is brother of the deceased-husband and live separately after partition and also he has no concern with the deceased or her family. The petitioner is languishing in jail for the last seven months. Moreover, co-accused, Prem Mandal @ Prem Kumar Mandal and Bhogi Lal Mandal, have already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S.
