02. 15.10.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 70 of 2014 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code pending before Sri Brajesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra (or its successor). Considering the nature of material which has transpired against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to him. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender in the Court below.
