The petitioner seeks regular bail in Hisua P.S. Case No. 262/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant has alleged that he got information on his mobile that one suspicious person is standing near A.T.M. of Bank of India. The informant informed the Police and the Police arrested this petitioner. From possession of this petitioner 05 A.T.M. cards and one cash card of different bank has been recovered in which names of different persons has been mentioned.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no one has complained about this petitioner at the A.T.M.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74430 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 centre. Petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 262/2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relative of petitioner.
