The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. i. For a direction upon the respondents to grant promotion to the petitioner from the post of Head Clerk to Office Superintendent with entire consequential benefits in view of the fact that Departmental Promotion Committee had found the petitioner fit for promotion to the post in question and had recommended the name of the

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
