Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Balthar P.S. Case No.06 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners and other in-laws are said to have killed the deceased by pressing her neck due to non-fulfillment of demand of additional dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. It is submitted that petitioner no.1 is sister-in-law and petitioner no.2 is mother-in-law of the deceased. It is further submitted that the husband of the deceased, namely, Raju Sah is already in custody.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Taking into consideration the facts that the petitioners are sister-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased and the husband is already in custody, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Bettiah, District West Champaran in connection with Balthar P.S. Case No.06 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
