Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner has already given a representation ventilating his grievance to the Executive Engineer, Rural Works Department, Work Division, Lakhisarai i.e., respondent No. 03 and the respondent No. 03 may be directed to consider the same by fixing a time frame.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that he has no objection if a direction is given to the respondent No. 3 to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass necessary orders in accordance

4. Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties. The respondent No. 3 is directed to consider the representation dated 02.03.2024 (Annexure-P/4) strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.. In case the respondent No. 3 comes to the conclusion that the claim of the petitioner is genuine, the necessary amounts due to the petitioner shall be paid. In case the respondent No. 3 comes to the conclusion that the claim of the petitioner does not merit any consideration, he shall pass a reasoned order giving the reasons for rejecting the claim of the petitioner. It is needless to mention that before passing any orders, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner

5. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
