Case No.7/16 registered for the offence under Sections 115/120(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

The F.I.R. has been lodged on mere suspicion. The accusation is that all the F.I.R. named accused persons hatched planning to kill the informant and hired the petitioner to kill the informant for previous dispute.

Submission of the petitioner is that he is not named in the F.I.R. He further submits that co-accused Shyamlal Das has been granted bail vide order dated 17.10.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No.41933 of 2016. Allegation against the petitioner is on similar

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Begusarai, in Mansoorchak P.S.Case No.7/16.
