The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the victim girl, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has denied the offence of kidnapping and has categorically stated that out of her own wish, she has married with co-accused Rahul Kumar. Petitioner is co-villager and has got clean antecedent. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
