The petitioner seeks bail in Khagaria P.S. Case No.86 of 2020, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that he kept his bag containing Rs.1,51,000/- on a sofa inside the bank and went to see the Branch Manager but somebody fled away with the bag containing money of the informant. The informant alleged that after seeing the CCTV footage, it transpired that a boy came at 3.18 P.M. and it was he who fled away with the bag. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been put on TIP. The petitioner is in jail since 03.03.2020. The petitioner has remained in jail for more than seven months and he has got no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and nature of allegation

Case No.86 of 2020.
