Petitioner, Vikram Hari, is in custody since 23.05.2016 in Ishakchak (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 117 of 2016 registered under Sections 356, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner with co-accused ran away after snatching the golden chain of the informant. The public chased and caught the petitioner but nothing has been recovered from his possession.

According to learned counsel, the co-accused has granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 35348 of 2016, which is annexure-2. The petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2016 i.e. about four months.

Considering the period of detention of this petitioner and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39242 of 2016 (2) dt.17-09-2016 the fact that the co-accused has already been granted bail, I direct the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. (VI), Bhagalpur in connection with Ishakchak (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 117 of 2016. brajesh/- (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) U T
