Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 23 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections- 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 323, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is merely a witness and she neither executed the sale deed not received the consideration amount. Allegations levelled are general and omnibus. Sale deed in question was executed in the year 2012 and the present complaint has been filed in the year 2016. Petitioner is a lady having clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25828 of 2017 (2) dt.06-06-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Aditya Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 23 of 2017 arising out of Complaint Case No. 935 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
