The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, it is a case of cheating and receiving the money on the pretext of solemnization of marriage of the daughter of the informant with one co-accused Nand Kishore Rajak.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner has not received any money for the sake of solemnization of marriage. He further submits that

No.23261 of 2022(2) dt.10-10-2022 2/2 the petitioner was well known to the informant and her role in the entire episode is that she is a mediator in settlement of the marriage between the parties. Petitioner has clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram Muffasil P.S. Case No. 352 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
