The petitioner submits that his case is squarely covered under order dated 11.12.2015, passed in C.W.J.C.No. 11881 of 2015.

In case, petitioner's case stands on similar footing, respondents would afford similar treatment to the petitioner after examining her case. Impugned order dated 26.8.2015 is kept in abeyance till the fresh adjudication by respondents. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
