JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/323/324/504/307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner allegedly caused injury with farsa on the head of the informant for previous dispute. There is case and counter case. The doctor has found simple injury and the petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2016.

Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone by the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
