In view of the aforesaid, the present case is disposed of with a direction to the parties to consider the case of the petitioner as well within the stipulated time period of 30 days, as provided for, in the aforesaid judgment dated 05.04.2018. It is further directed that, as mentioned in the judgment dated 05.04.2018, the decision of the Apex body of the Central Staff

Patna High Court CWJC No.7564 of 2017 (2) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 Selection Commission/ Staff Selection Commission shall be final and would not be amenable to challenge under Article 226/ 227 of the Constitution of India.

The petition is allowed.
