The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 564 of 2023 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks after depositing Rs. 2000/- in the victim compensation fund from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 278 of 2022 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26539 of 2023(2) dt.19-04-2023 2/2 The order dated 07.02.2023 is modified to the extent indicated above.
