ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Muffasil P.S. Case No.86 of 2013 for the offence under Section 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

The allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners are mother-in-law and brothers-in-laws of the deceased lady,Deepali Devi @ Choti Devi who died in her matrimonial home in peculiar circumstance.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that actually the deceased suffered some uneasiness as a result of which she was taken to Primary Health Centre for treatment where

Considering the fact that the informant has not made any specific allegation against the petitioners and also the fact that there is only omnibus allegation against them, let the petitioners Gajendra Singh, Katku Devi @ Sabita Devi and Manoj Singh, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within two weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Katihar, in Muffafil P.S. Case No.86/13 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
