The petitioner seeks bail in Teghra P.S. Case No. 217 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure-1 to the present application taking into account that petitioner is one of the assailants. A report was called for from the Court below regarding the stage of the case. It has been reported that four prosecution witnesses have already been examined and six prosecution witnesses are yet to be examined and the trial is expected to be be concluded within a period of nine months.
