2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for issuing of writ of mandamus or appropriate writ directing the Respondents to pay compensation of his acquired land with interest as per Section 34 of the Land Acquisition Act 1894. The details of the land which had been acquired for Maima Tarban Bitarani is given in Annexure-1 to this application, 21 decimals land of S.P. No. 275, Khata No. 70 of Mauza-Maima, Thana No.54, Anchal-Modanganj, DistrictJehanabad was acquired."

3. An acquisition took place in the year 2007-08 vide Case No. 07 /2007-08. Process completed and earlier in CWJC

Patna High Court CWJC No.5795 of 2026(3) dt.13-07-2026 2/2 No.19318 of 2011 (Lalan Ram vs. The State of Bihar and Ors.), a coordinate Bench on 23.11.2011 directed the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Sone Project, Aurangabad to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner.

4. The contempt thereafter filed was taken up by the Lok-Adalat and disposed of on the undertaking given by the respondents that they shall be complying the order passed by the Writ Court.

5. No further development in the writ petition to show how and under what circumstance, the petitioner is affected.

6. The writ petition do not even disclose whether his father received the compensation or not and/or whether in case is pending, an appropriate order.

7. In that background and in absence of any relevant information, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to agitate the matter before appropriate authority, in this case, the respondent nos. 3 and 4 namely, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Jehanabad and the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Sone Project, Aurangabad.
