Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Sessions Case No. 65 of 2020 arising out of Mansi P.S. Case No. 273 of 2019, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 147, 148,149,341,307,302,120B,504,506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2019. His prayer for regular bail was earlier rejected by an order of this Court dated 19.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32292 of 2020 with an observation that the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge.

The prosecution's case has been briefly disclosed in the earlier order dated 19.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32292 of 2020. Fourteen accused persons are named in the First Information Report. Noticing the fact that the accused persons, led by the petitioner, had attacked the victim, his prayer for bail was rejected with an observation as mentioned above. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody since 11.12.2019, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishidng bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge Vth, Khagaria in Sessions case No. 65 of 2020 arising out of Mansi P.S.
