Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections-385, 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that the petitioner No. 2 and one other took the mobile No. of the informant and handed over the same to the petitioner No. 1. It appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioners. No doubt, petitioners do have criminal antecedent of several cases but in the present case, except confession, there is nothing against them. Petitioners are in jail custody since 05-04-

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sonbarsa P.S.
