JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-06-2020 Heard Mr. Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State. The petitioners, who are in custody since 08.03.2020 and are persons of clean antecedents, seek bail in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 35 of 2020 dated 07.03.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Ac, 2018. It appears that 34.380 litres of liquor has been recovered from near the motorcycles of the petitioners. Regard being had to the period of custody of the petitioners and the nature of accusation against them, they are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
