2. Learned counsel while making prayer for bail has submitted that though the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court vide order dated 02.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 52732 of 2024, but the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground of prolonged custody for more than nine months. It has been submitted that according to the allegation, 420 liters of Nepali liquor was recovered from the house of the co-accused, whereas this petitioner along with the co-accused persons is said to have kept the said liquor for sale.
3. On the other hand learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise No.- I, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Trial No. 932 of 2024 arising out of Patahi (Pachpalari) P.S. Case No. 12 of 2021 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
