====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-10-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sri Krishnapuri P.S. Case No. 224 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 452, 379, 427, 506, 386, 420, 467, 468

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22156 of 2020(4) dt.21-10-2020 2/3 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 10086 of 2020, which is evident form the annexure annexed to the supplementary affidavit and the case of these petitioners stand on similar footing. The petitioners are rotting in judicial custody since 07.07.2019. Hence, the petitioner may be enlarged on regular bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge, IV, Patna -cum- A.C.J.M.-IV, Patna in connection with Sri Krishnapuri P.S. Case No. 224 of 2019 subject to the conditions;

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below. (b) The petitioners shall fully co-operate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at
