No. 1814 of 2020 was complied on 21.03.2022 and 22.09.2022 respectively by passing speaking order and refund of recovered amount. In the light of the aforesaid submission, the present contempt petition stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to question the validity of the speaking order, if he is aggrieved.
