2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 376D and 34 of IPC and 5/6 of POCsO Act.

3.As per the prosecution case, this petitioner, along with other co-accused persons, kidnapped the daughter of the informant, took her into the forest, and gang-raped her. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C., has supported the prosecution case .
