The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 185/2016 under Sections 47 of the Excise Act. The informant alleged that on secret information the house of the petitioner was searched and 100 bottles, each containing 180 ml. of MacDowell No. 1 Celebration liquor, were recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 11.07.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Anjana Kumari Lal, Chief
