Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

The impugned order does not reveal that any injury on any vital part of the body of the injured was found. The petitioners bear allegation of commission of murderous assault. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33749 of 2021(2) dt.03-08-2021 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bihiya (Bhojpur)Police Station Case No.489 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(c) The petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
