The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bhargama P.S. case No. 25 of 2018 registered under Section 25 (a)/25 (1-a) a/25 (1-b) a/ 26/35 of Arms Act.
The police got secret information about manufacturing of illegal arms by Manoj Mehta. The house of Manoj Mehta was searched and huge quantity of arms, ammunition and other articles meant for manufacturing arms were recovered. Manoj Mehta is said to have disclosed the name of petitioner and others stating that petitioner and others had ordered him for manufacturing arms for their purpose. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except disclosure made by Manoj Mehta, there is no

Nothing has been recovered from the house or actual possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S. case No. 25 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
