This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail in a case under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Perused the report of the Mediation Center, Patna High Court, Patna.

In view of the report of the Mediation Center and mutual agreement between the parties signed by them, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate,
