The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 307, 341, 323, 324, 325, 504, 506 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that the accused persons including the petitioner herein who happens to be her husband have been torturing her since some time. She was abused and assaulted and the petitioner also assaulted her with a knife. Even on earlier occasion a case under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code had been lodged by the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. It is an on going matrimonial dispute between the parties which is giving rise to his false implication. The petitioner is in custody

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submissions made together with the petitioner having remained in custody for 1 year since 11.1.2022 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case no.4 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Dehri-on-sone, Rohtas.
