This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail in a case under Section 323 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation leveled against the petitioner above named being civil in nature, he is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Complaint Case No. 490(C) of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P. C.
