The petitioner is a society registered under the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act, 1935 and holds a licence under the Public Distribution System (Control) Order. The grievance of the petitioner is that as against the advance deposited by the petitioner for supply of food-grains by the State Food Corporation they have received a lesser quantity. A prayer is made for refund of the balance amount or to make supply against the pending advance.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15102 of 2015 (3) dt.27-10-2015 It is submitted by Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplied Corporation that should the petitioner represent before the District Manager, Bihar State Food and Civil Supply Corporation at Madhepura his grievance would be considered and disposed of.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of grievance raised this Court instead of keeping this writ petition pending disposes of the same granting liberty to the petitioner to represent before the District Manager, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, Madhepura, respondent no.9 herein by raising his grievance supported by documents and any such grievance raised shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law by the District Manager, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, Madhepura after opportunity of hearing to the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.
