This is an application for quashing of the order dated 24.7.2014 passed by the learned A.D.J. 1st, Buxar in N.D. 02 of 2013 and direction for release of Hero Honda Passion Pro Motor Cycle bearing Registration No. BR 45A-9834, Engine No. HALOEDAGB 38924, Chassis No. MBL HAIOERAGB 42864 of petitioner which was seized by the Itarhi police in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 110/2013. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the case.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to raise all the points before the Trial Court at an appropriate stage .
