The petitioner seeks bail in Mithanpura P.S. Case No.358 of 2018 registered under Sections 406, 420, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of N.I.Act. The informant filed complaint case on the basis of which present F.I.R. was registered. The informant alleged that petitioner took Rs.2,40,000/- from the informant to provide him job but the petitioner neither provided job nor returned the money. The cheque given by the petitioner was dishonoured. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant are friends. The petitioner gave only cheque of Rs.40,000/- when the informant demanded money for some work but the petitioner never received any

Considering the aforesaid facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 04.10.218, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., East Muzaffarpur, District-Muzaffarpur in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No.358 of 2018.
