The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 47A and 51 of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

It has been alleged that from the house of the petitioner 13 liters foreign liquor has been recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is joint family house and not his separate house. Petitioner is in jail since 28.7.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Manjeet Kumar @ Manjeet Singh @ Manjit Kumar, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
