JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 264 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 366-A, 366 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation as per F.I.R. is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant and the petitioner is also named in the F.I.R. showing that he was also seen along with the daughter of the informant and that was informed by on Sonu Choubey. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and Sonu Choubey has not been examined uptil now. Further, he has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, considering the above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1556 of 2019(2) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 submission, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of the order and on surrender he will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of court concerned till submission of charge-sheet with condition to cooperate in investigation of the case, however, once the charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner, he should surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on the basis of materials available on record at that time.
With the above observation this application is disposed of.
