By way of the present application, the petitioners seek restoration of Criminal Miscellaneous No. 32379 of 2014, which stood dismissed for non prosecution vide order dated 03.11.2017 passed by a Bench of this Court.

For the reasons stated in the application, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21788 of 2020(2) dt.07-07-2020 2/2 prayer for restoring the case to its original file is allowed. Criminal Miscellaneous No. 32379 of 2014 is restored to its original file.

The restoration application stands allowed.

Mr. Pritish Ranjan, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects within a period of two weeks.
