2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 300 of 2024 dated 06.10.2024, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B) (a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act and under Sections 13, 16, 17, 18 of the National Security Act, 1980 and Section 20 of Unlawful Activites (Prevention) Amendment Act.
3. The allegation is of recovery of three country made pistol and eight live cartridges from the dalan of the house of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this

It is further submitted that from perusal of FIR, it transpires that the alleged raid in the house and dalan of the petitioner was conducted on 06.10.2024 at 03:05 am and the accused persons were apprehended and thereafter the police team returned the police station at 03:50 am. It is also submitted that the search was conducted at 09:55 am in the morning after six hours of the alleged arrest of the petitioner from dalan. It is next submitted that nothing has been recovered at the time of arrest. It is next submitted that three seizure lists were prepared in this case on 06.10.2024 at different times but none of the seizure list mentioned the name of petitioner.
It is further stated that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and all the seizure list were prepared at the police station. Learned counsel further submitted that there is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 07.10.2024, he has no criminal antecedents and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24552 of 2025(2) dt.30-04-2025 3/3 Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in Haspura P.S. Case No. 300 of 2024.
