JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 07-12-2022 Vide order dated 22.06.2022, report was called for from the learned court below regarding stage of the trial and the time likely to be taken in conclusion of the trial in connection with Sessions Trial No.1141/2019, arising out of Barh P.S. Case No.194 of 2018.

Perused the report at Flag 'R'.

The learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-V, Barh has reported that the trial in connection with the aforesaid case shall be concluded within ten months.

Taking into consideration the fact aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

However, if the trial is not concluded within a period of ten months, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23509 of 2022(4) dt.07-12-2022 2/2 prayer for bail.
