Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46317 of 2014 (02) dt.16-04-2015 2/3 and the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 337 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the police went to execute the warrant in which Pandey @ Dilip @ Manjay was arrested when the accused persons including the family members of arrested accused assaulted the police personnel and pelted stones as a result the police personnel received injuries and ultimately the arrested accused was released.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general. A statement has been made in both the petitions that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with
