Laxmi Devi, mother of Rinku Kumari alleged to be aged about 14 years filed complaint petition against six persons including the petitioner on account of having Rinku enticed away at their end which, she came to know on query along with the fact that Rinku had gone along with this petitioner and was staying at Delhi with Ranjan Mahaldar. Victim had also during course of her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. reiterated that she had eloped on her own on account of having fallen in love with Gyan Ranjan with whom she solemnized court marriage.

Thus, petitioner Anu Mahaldar @ Annu Mahaldar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
