The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kutumba P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he did not submit folder and register with regard to the appointment of Panchayat Teachers of Gram Panchayat Pipra Bagahi. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner joined in Pipra Bagahi Panchayat on 22.08.2013 and he did not receive charge of the folder and register from his predecessors. The petitioner has already informed this fact to the B.D.O. of the concerned Block. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail.

No.23851 of 2017 (2) dt.14-07-2017 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Kutumba P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
