2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3.It is alleged that the petitioner obtained appointment on the post of Panchayat teacher, on the basis of forged educational certificates.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner referring to rejoinder to the counter affidavit, submits that the vigilance dept after examination, has reported the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Purnea dated 8.5.2023 that the marks sheet of the petitioner BETET certificate has been found to be true. 5. Learned counsel for the Vigilance does not controvert the aforesaid fact.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Purnea in Tikapatti Police Station Case No. 121 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
