The application is for grant of bail for the offence under Sections 47 (A) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the recovery is said to be of only 04 ltrs. liquor and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for more than 3 1⁄2 months.
Having heard both sides. In view of the facts as stated above, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate Ist class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection
