It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the application of the petitioner was disposed of vide order dated 04.01.2019, however, in the said order in paragraph -3, it has incorrectly been mentioned as 'petitioner assaulted the sister of the informant on her head', whereas, it should have been 'petitioner assaulted the grandmother of informant on her head' and further in the satisfaction portion also it has been mentioned as 'Sunaina Devi, sister of the informant' whereas, it should have been 'Sunaina Devi, grandmother of the informant'.

In such view of the matter, let the sentence

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78099 of 2018(3) dt.18-01-2019 2/2 'petitioner assaulted the sister of the informant on her head' mentioned in paragraph - 3 of the order dated 04.01.2019 be read as 'petitioner assaulted the grandmother of informant on her head' and further in the satisfaction portion also 'Sunaina Devi, sister of the informant' be read as 'Sunaina Devi, grandmother of the informant'.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the concerned court below forthwith.
