====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused Kanhaiya Singh and allegation against the petitioner is that he purchased the looted vehicle. Said co-accused has already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide Annexure 2 series. He is in custody since 1.12.2020.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31965 of 2021(2) dt.06-01-2022 2/2 the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Ishipur Barahat Police Station Case No. 80 of 2012.
